Getting to Know YOU Better in 2013

In 2012, our business goal was:

Accurate support that consistently exceeds expectations.

As we have since our inception 16 years ago, we’ve always focused on the support and service side of the coin when it comes to hosting. I think we met our goal for last year (even with my biased opinion removed :)).

We continually strive to go above and beyond when it comes to helping our clients get the most out of their websites. From tips and tricks, to helpful JavaScript and new add-ons, we’re always trying to push the envelope when it comes to what we have to offer, and how we support our clients.

For 2013, we’d like to focus on how we can help our clients be more successful. We derive our success from our clients’ success, so it seems like a good area to target for this year.

In order to see you become more successful in 2013, we need to do one thing:

Understand our clients better in order to know what we can do to help them succeed.

How do we do that?

  • Make sure we’re keeping up with the latest trends in the hosting and ecommerce industry. Things like knowing what changes Google is making, understanding new services and offerings from key companies, etc…
  • Tailoring our offerings to provide the most value to our clients. From add-on modules to new features, ensuring they compliment and help our clients grow.
  • Partnering with other companies to provide additional services and tools to maximize the potential of our clients’ websites. We can’t do it all (nor do we want to), so we’ll look for industry leaders to help compliment our offerings.

So that’s the plan in 2013. By better understanding our clients needs, we can offer services and features that help them become more successful. Part of that plan is listening to the feedback you have for us. We welcome it!

There’s one thing to do that would help.

I know that I am not using ShopSite to the fullest measure, but haven’t the time to sit down and really learn it.

If you could have a technical training area that in small doses teaches us about ShopSite (or anything else), that would be helpful. I’m talking small doses, with step-by-step instructions.
