Reseller Program Guidelines

Assumption of Experience:

As a reseller, the Second Party must be proficient with any of the features on the server that the Second Party chooses to offer. The Second Party must agree that as a reseller, he or she has the knowledge required to maintain a Third Party webspace. Finally, the Second Party agrees that it is not the responsibility of LexiConn to provide such knowledge or explain/resolve problems that are not server-related.

Rules governing Second/Third Party actions:

The Third Party clients of the reseller are not, under any circumstances, to contact LexiConn Internet Services, Inc. The Second Party is responsible for all technical questions and support as well as billing operations. Steps have been taken to remove references to LexiConn from the server, however, LexiConn makes no guarantee that a Third Party will be completely blocked from such references. We have generically titled our nameservers and provide a non-branded Account Manager to avoid a direct connotation with LexiConn, but LexiConn does not guarantee such anonymity.

Billing:

LexiConn is to have no contact with any Third Party, so billing for Third Party accounts is done entirely between LexiConn and the reseller. All accounts are contracted in three-month periods by default and automatically renew after such a period, unless notice is provided before the expiration of the contract period. All accounts purchased within a one-month period will be grouped together on the same invoice and billed at the beginning of that month. Invoices will also be sent out monthly. As a reseller, you will be able to view all of your resold accounts and related billing information online via our Account Manager.

LexiConn Web Hosting Policy On All Accounts:

  1. NO pornographic or obscene material of any kind.
  2. NO activities that are illegal in the United States.
  3. NO material that we find to be degrading or offensive.
  4. NO spamming or bulk, unsolicited email.
  5. NO illegal MP3 material.
  6. No IRC material such as eggdrop, etc.
  7. Policies are enforced at our discretion
