ShipStation ShopSite Integration

Free for hosted clients of LexiConn

We now provide a module to integrate your ShopSite store with ShipStation, a hosted order management system which can print all your shipping labels and notify your customers of their tracking numbers.

Requirements:

Features:

  • Automatically import new order data to ShipStation, using their Custom Store Integration feature
  • Shipped orders export back to the order status module, updating their status and tracking number
  • Google Trusted shipping feed generated by the Order Status module will include orders shipped via ShipStation

Note: ShipStation does not have a "Canceled" order status, so if you send cancel feeds for Google Trusted Stores or use the Order Status module on your website for customers to lookup their order the status must be updated manually in the Order Status module.

To use our ShipStation module your ShopSite store must be running ShopSite Pro and have our Order Status Module installed. You do not have to actively use the Order Status Module if you don't want to as it's only required by the module for it's order database. ShipStation will also populate it with the order status and tracking numbers so if you do use it on your site customers will be able to see updated details about their order.
