ShopSite Version 10 SP2

New Features:
Many new features have been added to ShopSite 10 SP2 (Advanced ordering options with inventory tracking, mobile back office support, Facebook/Twitter integration, improved customer registration features, and more). For a full breakdown of the new features, you may go to:

Things to note :

* The new advanced ordering options that allow inventory tracking of things like color and size combinations can be tricky to setup. Note that once enabled, you cannot add new options (i.e. adding an additional dropdown), but can add new sizes/colors for existing options.

* The upload/download format for the new advanced ordering options are different from a regular product upload/download. The format is very specific. Check out our upload tutorial for more detailed information.

* The new backoffice dashboard can be enabled by clicking the "Switch to dashboard" link at the top of the main backoffice screen (start.cgi).

* Customers can now add a shipping address right away after signing up in customer registration. They do not have to place an order for an address to appear.

* Email customization for receipts (i.e. different from: field, custom subjects) is now located in the backoffice under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System -> E-mail

Upgrade Pricing:
This upgrade is free of charge to any store that is leasing the ShopSite software, or any license owner that is already at version 10.

If you own a ShopSite license version 9 or older, the one time upgrade fee is $125 for Manager and $325 for Pro.
